On Saturday, 2/14/26, I brought my vehicle in for an oil
On Saturday, 2/14/26, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new windshield wipers. During the visit, the service representative also recommended replacing the cabin filter, which I agreed to. Once the service was completed, I paid and left the dealership. As I was about to get on the highway, I checked my tire pressure and noticed it was exactly the same as before the service. That immediately raised a red flag, so I turned around and went back. I told the service rep that my tire pressure hadn’t changed and asked whether the tire rotation had actually been done. After waiting about ten minutes while he looked for the mechanic, both the service rep and the mechanic told me they did not perform the tire rotation because the rear tires were in better condition than the front. They said it was their policy to keep the better tires in the back. My question was: why wasn’t I informed of this, and why did I pay for a service that wasn’t performed? The service rep admitted it was an honest mistake and said the manager would refund me for the tire rotation on Monday. The following Wednesday, the service rep called to confirm the refund had been issued, and I verified that I did receive the credit. But now I can’t stop wondering whether the other services I paid for were actually done. I know the windshield wipers were replaced, but that’s the only thing I’m certain about. Most people, including myself, already worry whether the work we pay for is truly being done when we bring our vehicles in for service. I’ve purchased two or three vehicles from Beaver Chevrolet and always trusted them. Now that trust is gone. It’s ironic how things work out—because I was just about to buy another vehicle from them. Funny, isn’t it?

BEWARE!
BEWARE!! Boycott. Retired and veterans do not trust this stealership. My experience was total chaos from sales to finance to service. Do not trust their inspections. My vehicle had 15 problems but it was stated as in excellent condition. Trans was over filled 18 oz, coolant was low, oil was low and no cap on windshield reservoir. Trans slipped, shuddered and engaged hard. Needed $3700 torque converter and took them a month. They wait on the warranty to kick in so they don't have to pay then will not return calls or messages. Delivered my car with expired dealer tag and error on the dash that the drivers rear turn signal is out and they didn't repair it before delivering it to me. Now it will cost $800 for the assembly and $200 to install, they will not even respond. That's a ripoff for a turn signal.Tried GM and they help the thieves more than the paying customers. 2 months later they still haven't done my tax, tag and title. For 2 months they had the car more than I did or wasn't safe, they have no respect and do not deserve paying customers, pass it along. Trouble the moment I left the dealership! Life happens, cars are mechanical and at any time can give you problems, mine happened 5 minutes leaving the dealership at closing time. A recall problem with the dashboard went out. I immediately called my sales rep Hassan on his cell and he answered, amazing....someone answered a call after closing time. He had me come back to the dealership the very next morning and they were so helpful. No hassle just looking to satisfy the problem. Tim gave me my trade back and promised once they fixed the problem they would delivery my truck to me over 100 miles away. (was on my way to Daytona bike week). One week later, the GREAT Stephanie was there with my tuck. Wayne in service kept me informed daily of the activity and Beaver tossed in a new pair of hub caps for the trouble. I've probably owned over 100 cars in my lifetime and this was the best most honest dealer I've worked with. Thank you.

The place is xx!! I drove from Roanoke VA to Jacksonville FL [635miles oneway]. Percy said he did not know I was coming. I sent a text msg to him and finance/Garrett saying "I will see you Thursday." And I showed him and another associate the text message. The vehicle was hard to locate once I arrived [Percy arrived 1 hour later]. Me and associate found the car. It was covered in pine needles and definitely not washed. The battery was dead, and I mean dead. The car supposedly had only 25,000 miles. According to the outside body condition and that includes the undercarriage and coolant in the radiator [the reservoir was fresh looking], the radiator coolant was a "slammy brown mess." It was nothing I would sell my sister, I told him directly numerous times it was no way I was driving that car back to Roanoke VA. The headlights needed reconditioned or replaced. The noise that the thing made during the test drive I reluctantly took, was a muffler failure or something. It was "pitiful." The entire car needed repainted. I thought it was only the roof and hood. He had the "nerve" to send me a 2011 brochure of the Dodge 2011 Caliber's. This Caliber was the "UpTown" model. According to the brochure, I was expecting the Navigation system radio. It had the basic radio. I owned a 2007 Caliber and a 2014 Dodge Avenger. I had trouble with both regarding the stock radio. The left front strut showed extreme rust at top bolt area, he wrote it off as nothing. But if he viewed the 5 YouTube problems of Dodge Caliber, that was one of the issues. HE never did. That's not a 25,000 miles car. The CarFax report reads OK but it's possibly a malfunctioning odometer, it's probably records 2/10th of a mile. They performed some brake work [replaced] and wheel hub replacement that should not be at 25,000. The reconditioning they performed totaled $2k, 9.25 day's. He knows they stopped at that figure knowing there was more to do. I left Roanoke VA at 11pm Wednesday drove through the night and I left Jacksonville FL Thursday at 3pm...that's 1,271 total miles [[18 hours of round trip driving and only myself]] to get one way rental returned before I was charged $283. Actually I did not make it back in the time given but rental agent gave me a "break." I told Percy and Garrett another dealership that was 6 hrs from [Marriett OH] Roanoke VA, when he told me there was no oil leaks. I get there and there is oil all over the engine area. I told them of another dealership sold me a car. I returned the next day and picked up car. I was smelling oil going to the gas station so I would find out what's going on. I lifted the hood I could smell the oil.I got my flashlight and oil all over the intake area. I drove back the next day got my money back. The salesman took me aside and told me, "they switched cars and that car salesman will sell their mother's." The use car salesman, Percy is no different. $%@&%#$

Definitely would recommend the Beaver Chevrolet service department. John Ivey and everyone from the service techs to the office staff treat me like a vip customer and make sure im coveinced and updated constantly. John Ivey always goes the extra mile and has me sold on being a life long customer here! Can't say enough about John's expertise and customer service dealing with him as I've had some unfortunate luck with my truck, but he works with me and his expertise puts me at ease with recommending and telling me what I need to get done for the correct fix. Thanks John!!!!

I recently had my first service on my 2024 Trax and let me tell you about this store! My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were beyond helpful getting me to my advisor. Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. I can not recommend this place enough!! I would give this service department 10 stars if I could!!! I cant wait for my next appointment!
