Recently picked up my third Chevrolet and chose Beaver due to my previous sales experience being easy while working with the sales team. I have been "WOW'd"! Also, the service department has serviced all of my vehicles and I've been impressed with there knowledge and expertise during diagnosis and timely repairs when needed. Even Shade is my go to in the service area and he always treats me like family.
My turbo went out. It was all good and covered under warranty. They installed the new turbo and I drove it for i believe a day and it gave me the same error message. I took it back to them and found out that something came loose from the work they did. They fixed that issue and gave it back to me and I drove it for a couple more days and it stalled on me. Evan did not communicate with me at all, not even a hello when I arrived. There was absolutely no communication on the progress of my oil change. I waited 2 hours and finally went outside myself to check on the status of my vehicle. The gentleman that greeted me outside when I pulled up for my service finally helped me. I brought my 2020 Chevrolet Colorado to Beaver Chevrolet to have service done. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be fixed as well as the 90,000 mile scheduled service items. I spoke with Dave Parisi a few days earlier to arrange for the service to be done. He advised me to drop the car off the day before so work could be started as soon as possible. I was very pleased with the sales process and left satisfied and happy with my purchase. Follow up after the sale was not as positive. I was not told until after the sale that there were no floor mats and only one key fob for the used truck I purchased. The salesman said he would help me get a second fob and that I would get enough points in my MyChevrolet account to purchase mats. Both did not happen and I have not gotten much response on my inquiries. Disappointed.

Working with John was easy. Working with the warranty company was horrible. John did as much as he could but TWA was a bad experience. Because of John I was able to get my truck’s transmission replaced once the warranty was approved.
They are a rip off. You will not be servicing my vehicle ever again unless it's covered by warranty.

I did not meet Corey until my service was completed & he was checking me out. He was not overly friendly, somewhat subdued.
Service on my car was performed in a timely manner, unfortunately 3 of the rims received minor tooling damage during the rotation/balancing process. Spoke with the service manager and he ensured me that he would take the steps neccessary to get the rims repaired.

I had a good idea what I wanted. My salesman showed me some great options. I have NEVER dealt with a dealership that was so laid back. No pressure what so ever. I had a deal in place, said to him that I was going to clean out my trade in, and grab some lunch. He said no ploblem, to call when I was heading back so to shorten my wait time.
