We had already gone to three dealerships and was not impressed. Immediately walking in the receptionist greeted us and our vibe with the dealership was changed. Then we met Cejae, GREAT attitude. The service center schedules appointments to close together. No way it should take two hours for an oil change. Also, the tires were over inflated. Recommend tire pressure is 30 psi. All four tires were inflated to 37 psi. The spec is on the door jam!

It took 3 calls to the service department, leaving a voice mail each time, to set up the appointment. Then drop off took 15 minutes with no contact from staff before I walked up to an employee for them to take my keys and get the work done. I liked the truck I purchased and the price. I wasn’t happy that the website displayed the truck with running boards, and after I purchased it I noticed that they were missing. I notified Josh about it on the day of purchase and it is noon the following day and I have not heard back. I also wasn’t completely satisfied after I was informed that as part of the Wow factor that one of my three free oil changes was used prior to delivery of the vehicle. This seemed kind of cheap to me.

We paid for a trifold bed cover for our new truck that was purchased April 2nd, however the service personnel installed the wrong bed cover. We had it removed and waiting for the correct cover to come in. However Mr. John performance was exceptional.
