- The dealership will be closed Sunday, July 18, Monday, July 19 and opening at 11:00 on Tuesday, July 20
- Check in Sunday, July 18 at 4:00 – check out Tuesday, July 20 at 11:00
- Although rooms will not be available until 4pm, you may check in at any time earlier that day and enjoy the hotel amenities. If you check in early, the hotel will have an area to store luggage.
- Privileges with stay include: enhanced wireless in-room internet for up to 5 devices, fitness class of the day, bicycle usage, golf club driving range balls, use of golf practice facilities, tennis court privileges, including racquet and balls, beach umbrella, beach boogie board
- All special Beaver Automotive events at the hotel are limited to you and one guest
- The deadline to register was Sunday, May 16th. Must be employed with Beaver Automotive prior to May 16 to qualify. You must be still be employed at the time of the trip.

Q: Will the store be closed?
A: Yes, the store will be closed Sunday & Monday. We will open at 11am on Tuesday.
Q: Will I be paid?
A: No, these will not be paid days, but you can request vacation time if needed.
Q: Can I bring my family?
A: Yes, the maximum occupancy per rooom is 4. However, only you and your guest will be able to participate in any group activities, gifts and/or food provided.
Q: Is there valet parking?
A: Yes there is valet parking. Only 1 vehicle per room is allowed.
Q: Will meals be provided?
A: Sunday dinner will be provided for you and your guest.
Q: Can I check in earlier than 4pm?
A: Rooms will not be available until 4pm, however, you may check in at any time and enjoy the hotel amenities.
Q: If I check in early, will I be able to store my luggage?
A: Yes, the hotel will have an area to store luggage.
Q: Can I extend the trip and check in a day early?
A: No, the hotel is not offering our group discount for early check in.
Q: Can I extend the trip and check out a day later?
A: Yes, with preapproved time off from your manager, you can stay additonal night(s) at your expense for the same group rate discount of $499/night. You will be required to provide your credit card at check in.
