Twice sold me a car with issues. First time they fixed it somewhat. This time, got told too late to give you your old car back, and nothing we can do about the KNOWN GM issue on the car. (2026 Traverse) basically keep it and wait for GM to come out with the solution to the problem they noted back in OCT 2025. So now stuck with a brand new car that makes engine noise because the dealership DID NOT DISCLOSE the GM known issue before I bought. It was only after I took it in for repair(thought the belt/pulley was bad) that I got the car back and handed a piece of paper saying it's a known issue. Then when I brought it up to the salesperson I got told pretend it was a laptop and you bought it from a store and it had issues, what would you do? You would wait for the solution to come out so the store can fix your laptop!!! xxx. I told the sales guy absolutely not I would return the laptop and never buy from that store again which is what I plan to do with this dealership, I will never buy from there again. They sell cars with issues and claimed they had no idea yet they're supposed to be doing an inspection on the car before they sell it. The first car I bought from them 2 years ago died immediately after leaving the dealership because of faulty wiring and then the motor for the windshield wiper fluid did not even work but they claimed they had no idea even though they also said that they had done an inspection.

Reggie is excellent. This is the second time he has assisted us, and I can say we only came back a second time because his customer service is the best. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you, Reggie, for doing everything possible to ensure we left satisfied.

I just want to say how truly great of an experience it was. From the moment I laid eyes on the truck I wanted, to the initial text message, to closing the deal. Khadim and Terry were amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond to make the deal possible for me and my family. I drove 2 hours fo buy this truck because their deals are truly the real deal no surprises. The only thing I regret is not purchasing my other truck from them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well, Cejae got me TWICE in less than 6 months! 😂 I bought a car from him in May and somehow found myself back in September trading it in for another one. And I have to give credit where credit is due because both experiences were exceptional. Cejae is just easy to work with. No pressure, no drawn-out process, no feeling like you’re being “sold” something. He listens, communicates, handles what needs to be handled, and keeps everything moving. That kind of customer service is exactly why I felt comfortable coming back to him a second time. This time around, Phil in Finance made the experience even better. Everything was ready, everything was explained, and there were no surprises. From sitting down to finishing the paperwork, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ve EVER completed a car transaction that quickly! I know reviews usually focus on the dealership, but I really hope management sees this one and recognizes Cejae personally. Getting someone’s business once is great. Having them willingly come back to you again just four months later says something about how you treat people. Cejae, thank you for taking care of me AGAIN, and Phil, thank you for making the finish just as smooth as the start. Five stars all the way around.
