When I walked over to say hello to my sales team, they looked at my 2024 Silverado and advised me that it would be better to wait a few months to get the best deal for me, rather than trying to add one more sale to their numbers. It was about what's best for me. And I actually was open to the conversation of trading-in early. That was refreshing. You can bet I'll be back to see them in a couple of months.

Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. John Ivey and everyone from the service techs to the office staff treat me like a vip customer and make sure im coveinced and updated constantly. John Ivey always goes the extra mile and has me sold on being a life long customer here! Can't say enough about John's expertise and customer service dealing with him as I've had some unfortunate luck with my truck, but he works with me and his expertise puts me at ease with recommending and telling me what I need to get done for the correct fix.
