Corey is usually has good communication, but during my last visit for an oil change/tire rotation he was not. I ended up having to ask about the status of my vehicle and once that occurred, I started receiving the text message about updates. Also, because I waited for 3+ hours I attempted to work remotely with my laptop. Unfortunately the free wi-fi service provided did not allow me to work, so I had to use the hotspot on my phone during my entire wait. Again, this may have been a one-off because usually the service that is provided is excellent.

Brought in the cashier's check to pick up the car, waited over 40 minutes because the salesperson took the keys home with him. May I suggest a board where the keys can be hung that are no longer available to test drive rather than the sales per son taking them home

Wish it was more of a one stop service center. Went in for an oil change and a check of the AC. Only had oil change done. A routine AC check can’t get done at the service center. Has to be sent out for a day or two. Very inconvenient.

Had an excellent experience buying our new Armada yesterday. Big shout out to Rich king for making the whole process easy and pleasurable. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle which isn't even the primary brand sold there. Pricing was fair and we were in and out in about a hours.

Evan and I were the last people leaving service When I was walking towards my car I saw the dent. I went back in and talked to Evan briefly because I was so upset and on the verge of tears. He did recommend that I could contact the dent repair guy they use. I knew it was too late to get anything done and if I kept talking about it I was going to probably start ugly crying fast, so I told myself everything is fixable and I could follow up the next business day.
Since I’m a cry baby and I didn’t want to see the extent of the damage while at the dealership, or crying and driving -I waited until I got home,
When I showed my daughter, she said “Momma, I know that wasn’t there before you left.” We had just hand washed the car before we put her away after a quick trip to Wawa-the girls went in and I stayed in my car.
Then when my husband got home it was too dark out to really see anything so he looked before he left for work the next morning. My family knows how special my car means to me and that I am very protective about her. They all agreed that the dent was not there before I went & that I needed to call the dealership asap.
I have PTSD and severe anxiety so I was really afraid to call — even though I just wanted to ask if they have hi-def cameras in the service area. It took me almost a week to get the courage up to call them. When I called, i asked a nice young lady about the cameras & she inquired why I was asking & was there anything she could do to help. (What? She went above and beyond) this young lady was so kind, she had my information from my phone number & even though I thought it was going to be a quick call with a yes or no answer, she seemed genuinely interested as to why I was asking. When I explained that I was too afraid to talk to anyone about it, she told me that she understood but she wanted to help me. After I told her why I was calling & that I was really nervous because I don’t like to argue or debate with people… she again told me that I had nothing to worry about, nothing like that was going to happen. she said that I would need to speak with Chris Weber. I asked her if he would tell or argue with me. She said NOOO! He’s the nicest person you’ll ever meet! She was 💯 % correct! Chris took my call immediately and asked me if I could please bring my car back to the dealership so that he could see the damage. Whoever wrote the review saying that Chris was hard to work with must’ve been mistaken because Chris Weber is dedicated to his customers. Chris didn’t say anything like that”maybe you didn’t see it before the oil change or it could have happened anywhere “. Nope, he said that the guy that BC uses for dent repair will be there Monday and asked me if I would please come back so he could get it fixed for me
I was so worried about contacting BC for over a week, just stressing over it needlessly! And in less than a few seconds, Chris was telling me that it’s going to be ok, they’re going to take care of my beautiful car and all I need to do is get her there. I am so amazed by how much care 2 employees gave me when they could have just dismissed me.

Last month, I flew down to Florida where my parents lived so they could help me through the process of buying a new car. The lease on my old car was ending and I was too intimated to go to dealerships alone. To make matters worse, I had less than a week before I needed to be back up in Ohio.
It wasn't hard to figure out what kind of car I wanted. My car at the time was a Subaru Impreza. I wanted something larger––with more storage and more horsepower. I wanted a Dodge Durango. Finding one that was in my budget and not a dinged up ex-rental was the challenge.
My parents were able to help me find a couple Durangos that I thought might be the one but each time, the dealer refused to work within my budget. It wasn't like I was trying to negotiate very much off of the price––I just needed it to work for me.
Three days before I was set to leave Florida, I took a chance at checking out a black 2024 Dodge Durango GT that my parents found listed on the Beaver Chevrolet website and I am so glad that I did. That's when I met Lonnie who is genuinely the best car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I test drove the Durango with Lonnie and I think she could tell right away that I was pretty much sold on it. When we got back to her desk to talk numbers, Lonnie listened carefully to my budget considerations and answered all of my questions transparently.
I will never forget Lonnie coming back with an offer and saying to me, "I don't want to get ahead of myself but, congratulations." She wasn't getting ahead of herself, she had nailed the sale.
We closed on the car that night and took it home the next day. Lonnie even had the shop put new tire bearings on the car for me while it was waiting to be picked up!
All in all, my experience car shopping at Beaver Chevrolet was phenomenal all because of Lonnie. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car in the Jacksonville area to stop by Beaver Chevrolet and talk to Lonnie. She will get you right!

I absolutely love my new Equinox! Jamie was such a great salesman. He was professional. He was patient. He was thorough. He understood my needs and wants in a vehicle and delivered exactly that! One of my grievances about car dealerships is having to spend hours in the process, but I did not have to do that at all. I was there maybe and hour and half for the entire process!
