They sell cars with issues and claimed they had no idea yet they're supposed to be doing an inspection on the car before they sell it. The first car I bought from them 2 years ago died immediately after leaving the dealership because of faulty wiring and then the motor for the windshield wiper fluid did not even work but they claimed they had no idea even though they also said that they had done an inspection.
Reggie is excellent. This is the second time he has assisted us, and I can say we only came back a second time because his customer service is the best. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you, Reggie, for doing everything possible to ensure we left satisfied.
I just want to say how truly great of an experience it was. From the moment I laid eyes on the truck I wanted, to the initial text message, to closing the deal. Khadim and Terry were amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond to make the deal possible for me and my family. I drove 2 hours fo buy this truck because their deals are truly the real deal no surprises. The only thing I regret is not purchasing my other truck from them.

This time around, Phil in Finance made the experience even better. Everything was ready, everything was explained, and there were no surprises. From sitting down to finishing the paperwork, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ve EVER completed a car transaction that quickly!
I know reviews usually focus on the dealership, but I really hope management sees this one and recognizes Cejae personally. Getting someone’s business once is great. Having them willingly come back to you again just four months later says something about how you treat people.

Chris Shivers is the MAN! I was being very difficult in wanting to have a full deal ready to go before driving down from Brunswick. He accommodated every request, and made it work through text! My wife, daughter, and I drove down after being assured that we had the deal ready to go. I still had my doubts because it’s still a car salesman… nope. He held to his word, had me driving off in a good looking 2024 Silverado in 2 hours. You rock man, I hope you see this! We will be coming back for years after this experience!

OUTSTANDING. My 2019 Impala AC hasn't worked this good in 2+ years. Compressor and actuator replaced. Also had trans service, new spark plugs, oil change and rotate. Gage treated me fairly on all the services, kept me informed and was very courteous.

Disappointed with John in the service center for my first experience with this dealership. He was assigned to be my advisor to take care of a noise I was hearing in my brand new car. Could never get him on the phone, didn’t return my calls even with messages being left. After it sat for 3 days..I had to drive up to the dealership just hear him say “I drove it around the parking lot Monday and couldn’t hear anything”. Instead of calling me to ask me to come show him the noise he was doing a whole lot of nothing and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
Turns out there was a recall released at the beginning of the month for the exact problem I was having. (that he was clearly unaware of).. not sure how considering that’s part of his job.
Everyone else in the service department have been very understanding/nice. However, the experience I had with John put a bad taste in my mouth.

I took my truck for a warranty repair. It was determined that a part had to be ordered. However, early the next day, my truck was ready for me. Much faster than I expected at no charge to me. As a bonus, they have a nice waiting area thar even has water, soda, morning donuts, lunch sandwiches, popcorn, etc.
Associates are all polite and friendly to customers and coworkers. Helpful and knowledgeable and highly recommendable. I loved my experience!

Mango the salesperson and Christian the sales manager were fantastic. I was treated like gold. I bought a new truck and price haggling took 5 minutes. WOW. The vehicle is beautiful and they were able to beat my credit union finance rate which was unreal. Before going to Beaver Chevrolet, I went to COGGIN Chevrolet were customer service was terrible and absolutely no Discount on the vehicle. If you were looking to buy a Chevrolet, go to Beaver and don’t waste your time at other dealerships. See for yourself you’ll be glad you did.

I want to thank Chris Weber for his help with my vehicle. I noticed a dent on the right side of my car as I was walking towards it after the oil change. I am disabled and I don’t really go anywhere but when I do, I usually park in a handicap spot or I park next to the curb. And because this car is so special to me, I actually do a visual inspection before I leave my house, any time I park… yeah, a bit crazy about her. I was so afraid to talk to anyone about the dent because years ago I was screamed at by a salesman at another dealership because I didn’t want to go through with the trade. This was NOT at Beaver. So… I called Beaver Chevrolet almost 10 days later and after I told the lady who answered the phone why I was calling, she told me not to worry- she would get me to the right person. And YES she did! Chris Weber, you are a wonderful person, you didn’t ask me a bunch of questions or make me feel worried. You made me feel like I was the most important person that ever came to BC. You made me feel comfortable and you were able to make my car 100% again with no hassle.
