6 Car Giveaway at Grand Opening
In an effort to make an immediate impact and give back to the Jacksonville community, Beaver Chevrolet celebrated its grand opening by giving away 6 cars to 6 local heroes within the community.
We also celebrated with a ribbon cutting, food and live music, and appearances by Santa and Bucky Beaver.
Out of 256 nominations and with a total of 29,721 votes placed by the Jacksonville community, the winners for each category were:
- Corrections Officer: Deon Johnson
- Firefighter/EMT: Nathan McNamee aka“Stretch”
- Nurse: Jessica Hamm
- Police Officer: Bill Eierman
- Teacher: Angela Jordan
- Veteran: Daniel J. Brown.
All six winners received new 2019 Chevrolets. Four picked out the Equinox, one chose a Traverse, and one a Camaro. Smiles galore and a lifetime of free oil changes for all of the finalists! Click here to view photos of the event.

My name is Brenda Fogle I want to nominate my husband David Fogle he works for Archer western and keeps our highways safe and clean but he also is my caregiver I was diagnosed with with hereditary heart failure and now in unstable angina. I know it’s really hard on him and I know he deserves a brand new car!
