Update to my earlier review this week about an oil change and seeing a dent down the front Quarter panel. Evan and I were the last people leaving service When I was walking towards my car I saw the dent. I went back in and talked to Evan briefly because I was so upset and on the verge of tears. He did recommend that I could contact the dent repair guy they use. I knew it was too late to get anything done and if I kept talking about it I was going to probably start ugly crying fast, so I told myself everything is fixable and I could follow up the next business day. Since I’m a cry baby and I didn’t want to see the extent of the damage while at the dealership, or crying and driving -I waited until I got home, When I showed my daughter, she said “Momma, I know that wasn’t there before you left.” We had just hand washed the car before we put her away after a quick trip to Wawa-the girls went in and I stayed in my car. Then when my husband got home it was too dark out to really see anything so he looked before he left for work the next morning. My family knows how special my car means to me and that I am very protective about her. They all agreed that the dent was not there before I went & that I needed to call the dealership asap. I have PTSD and severe anxiety so I was really afraid to call — even though I just wanted to ask if they have hi-def cameras in the service area. It took me almost a week to get the courage up to call them. When I called, i asked a nice young lady about the cameras & she inquired why I was asking & was there anything she could do to help. (What? She went above and beyond) this young lady was so kind, she had my information from my phone number & even though I thought it was going to be a quick call with a yes or no answer, she seemed genuinely interested as to why I was asking. When I explained that I was too afraid to talk to anyone about it, she told me that she understood but she wanted to help me. After I told her why I was calling & that I was really nervous because I don’t like to argue or debate with people… she again told me that I had nothing to worry about, nothing like that was going to happen. she said that I would need to speak with Chris Weber. I asked her if he would tell or argue with me. She said NOOO! He’s the nicest person you’ll ever meet! She was 💯 % correct! Chris took my call immediately and asked me if I could please bring my car back to the dealership so that he could see the damage. Whoever wrote the review saying that Chris was hard to work with must’ve been mistaken because Chris Weber is dedicated to his customers. Chris didn’t say anything like that”maybe you didn’t see it before the oil change or it could have happened anywhere “. Nope, he said that the guy that BC uses for dent repair will be there Monday and asked me if I would please come back so he could get it fixed for me I was so worried about contacting BC for over a week, just stressing over it needlessly! And in less than a few seconds, Chris was telling me that it’s going to be ok, they’re going to take care of my beautiful car and all I need to do is get her there. I am so amazed by how much care 2 employees gave me when they could have just dismissed me. Wow is right! I was definitely blown away by this last interaction, wowie! This is why I’ve always trusted them with my vehicles & why I will continue to do business with them ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Also I’d like to name Chris Shivers for being one of the most friendliest salesmen I’ve ever met at B.C.! He is a really wonderful guy. I went for an oil change last week and I was the last person leaving. As I was walking to my car, I saw there was a dent on the passenger side near the front tire and it wasn’t there before. My car is 4 years old and it has less than 7900 miles on it, and I park her in a secure tent garage. I tried to ask about it and was told that it could have happened anywhere and was told the name of the dent company. I haven’t had time to write a letter to the dealer yet. Prior to the oil change, I had gotten a very nice offer from a different dealer to purchase my car for almost as much as I originally paid. I don’t think I’ll be offered that amount now that my car is dented. I think the jellybeans & free drinks/ popcorn are a nice touch-(sometimes there’s Jimmy Johns if you are there before lunch) But I really wish that Beaver Chev didn’t stop the complimentary car wash & vac service, to me that was a wonderful concession since I can’t take my car to automatic car wash places because of the model (Camaro SS 1LE) honestly I wouldn’t want to anyway.. I hand wash my car so that I can make sure she’s clean and dent/scratch free. Ooh! I meant to ask Evan if the techs could please put on clean gloves before getting in my car (and seat protection) because I’ve noticed that every time I take my car in for an oil change (5x), the suede steering wheel gets dirty again I’ve had to clean it after oil changes) and now it’s getting really hard to clean without fear of destroying it. I will contact them about the dent this week to see if they can get their dent guy to the dealership to fix this issue. All in all, I’ve been a long time customer even before it was Beaver Chevrolet (Riverside?) I sincerely trust Beaver Chevrolet, and I definitely recommend them because I know that they will make things right. Hopefully when I update my review after contacting them about the dent , my review will stay at 5 stars-and I’ll stay a customer 🥰

I recently had my first service on my 2024 Trax and let me tell you about this store! My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were beyond helpful getting me to my advisor. Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. I can not recommend this place enough!! I would give this service department 10 stars if I could!!! I cant wait for my next appointment!

When I walked over to say hello to my sales team, they looked at my 2024 Silverado and advised me that it would be better to wait a few months to get the best deal for me, rather than trying to add one more sale to their numbers. It was about what's best for me. And I actually was open to the conversation of trading-in early. That was refreshing. You can bet I'll be back to see them in a couple of months.

John Ivey and everyone from the service techs to the office staff treat me like a vip customer and make sure im coveinced and updated constantly. John Ivey always goes the extra mile and has me sold on being a life long customer here! Can't say enough about John's expertise and customer service dealing with him as I've had some unfortunate luck with my truck, but he works with me and his expertise puts me at ease with recommending and telling me what I need to get done for the correct fix.
