There were four items that should have been told up
There were four items that should have been told up front. The vehicle is a turbo which is not listed on the sticker. That means an extended warranty would just about be mandatory since the manufacturer found out about the issue in 2019. The second issue was the percent on the finance was not told. The third issue was we expected as second key to any vehicle purchased. We are now in day two of trying to get a key. Considering we bought a rental it shoud be taken care of by now. I informed Chris I was not looking for a car or truck for me. The fourth issue was the tread on the car wont last 10 000 miles. I had to purchase 4 new tires the next day. The paper work I signed for puts all the responsibility on the buyer not the seller. Seeing how I am a 26 year vet with more medical issues than I can list here I have Ptsd and memory loss. It does not help me when I am looking for a vehicle that my wife wanted. We had two other dealers one in Gainsville and one in Palatka waiting for us. We came there to drive the car not buy it so what pushed my buttons? The transparency of Chris was the driving force. He also ordered me a $41 matching pen. So how about the second fob to open the vehicle? I hope my service counts for something in todays market. Respectfully, Dr. Scott Retired. Also we have not owned a new vehicle since 2004. It was a Honda Civic.

John Ivey and everyone from the service techs to the office staff treat me like a vip customer and make sure im coveinced and updated constantly. John Ivey always goes the extra mile and has me sold on being a life long customer here! Can't say enough about John's expertise and customer service dealing with him as I've had some unfortunate luck with my truck, but he works with me and his expertise puts me at ease with recommending and telling me what I need to get done for the correct fix. Twice sold me a car with issues.
Twice sold me a car with issues. First time they fixed it somewhat. This time, got told too late to give you your old car back, and nothing we can do about the KNOWN GM issue on the car. (2026 Traverse) basically keep it and wait for GM to come out with the solution to the problem they noted back in OCT 2025. So now stuck with a brand new car that makes engine noise because the dealership DID NOT DISCLOSE the GM known issue before I bought. It was only after I took it in for repair(thought the belt/pulley was bad) that I got the car back and handed a piece of paper saying it's a known issue. Then when I brought it up to the salesperson I got told pretend it was a laptop and you bought it from a store and it had issues, what would you do? You would wait for the solution to come out so the store can fix your laptop!!! xxx. I told the sales guy absolutely not I would return the laptop and never buy from that store again which is what I plan to do with this dealership, I will never buy from there again. They sell cars with issues and claimed they had no idea yet they're supposed to be doing an inspection on the car before they sell it. The first car I bought from them 2 years ago died immediately after leaving the dealership because of faulty wiring and then the motor for the windshield wiper fluid did not even work but they claimed they had no idea even though they also said that they had done an inspection.

Khadim and Terry were amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond to make the deal possible for me and my family.
