Twice sold me a car with issues.
Twice sold me a car with issues. First time they fixed it somewhat. This time, got told too late to give you your old car back, and nothing we can do about the KNOWN GM issue on the car. (2026 Traverse) basically keep it and wait for GM to come out with the solution to the problem they noted back in OCT 2025. So now stuck with a brand new car that makes engine noise because the dealership DID NOT DISCLOSE the GM known issue before I bought. It was only after I took it in for repair(thought the belt/pulley was bad) that I got the car back and handed a piece of paper saying it's a known issue. Then when I brought it up to the salesperson I got told pretend it was a laptop and you bought it from a store and it had issues, what would you do? You would wait for the solution to come out so the store can fix your laptop!!! xxx. I told the sales guy absolutely not I would return the laptop and never buy from that store again which is what I plan to do with this dealership, I will never buy from there again. They sell cars with issues and claimed they had no idea yet they're supposed to be doing an inspection on the car before they sell it. The first car I bought from them 2 years ago died immediately after leaving the dealership because of faulty wiring and then the motor for the windshield wiper fluid did not even work but they claimed they had no idea even though they also said that they had done an inspection.

I just want to say how truly great of an experience it was. From the moment I laid eyes on the truck I wanted, to the initial text message, to closing the deal. Khadim and Terry were amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond to make the deal possible for me and my family. I drove 2 hours fo buy this truck because their deals are truly the real deal no surprises. The only thing I regret is not purchasing my other truck from them.

When I walked over to say hello to my sales team, they looked at my 2024 Silverado and advised me that it would be better to wait a few months to get the best deal for me, rather than trying to add one more sale to their numbers. It was about what's best for me. And I actually was open to the conversation of trading-in early. That was refreshing. You can bet I'll be back to see them in a couple of months.

My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were beyond helpful getting me to my advisor. Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. I can not recommend this place enough!! I would give this service department 10 stars if I could!!! I cant wait for my next appointment!

John Ivey and everyone from the service techs to the office staff treat me like a vip customer and make sure im coveinced and updated constantly. John Ivey always goes the extra mile and has me sold on being a life long customer here! Can't say enough about John's expertise and customer service dealing with him as I've had some unfortunate luck with my truck, but he works with me and his expertise puts me at ease with recommending and telling me what I need to get done for the correct fix.
