  • 2.0L Turbocharged ECOTEC® Four-Cylinder: Fitted with Premier trims for 250 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission is paired as standard.

The new Chevy Malibu is known for a powerful performance, but it doesn’t waste fuel. Here’s how MPG ratings break down:

  • Up to 29 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway with the standard 1.5L engine.
  • Up to 22 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway with the available turbocharged 2.0L.

You’ll achieve a maximum highway range of up to 560 miles per tank when you ride in the Chevy Malibu.
