Description: Jonathan “Sergeant Sully” Sullivan served honorably and bravely in Operation Iraqi Freedom. His entire adult life has been devoted to serving and helping others. In addition to being an Iraqi war veteran, he has acted as the backbone of his immediate and extended family through years of illnesses and hardships. Jonathan continually puts his family and friends first, supporting them emotionally and financially to his detriment. There is no one more deserving of receiving assistance. Please honor this good man with the gift of transportation so he may continue to provide support and assistance to others in need.

Rules and Prizes

One person from each of six defined categories will win a twenty four month vehicle lease from Beaver Chevrolet. Must be 18 or older to win. The categories are named as Law Enforcement, Firefighter/EMT, Nurse, Police, Teacher, Veteran and Local Wow Hero. Must be currently employed, excluding Veterans. Veteran must be honorably discharged. Nominations for Local Wow Heroes category excludes those who are eligible for the other categories. Law Enforcement includes Police & Corrections. To enter and be eligible to win, the applicant must meet the category requirements and be currently employed or reside in one of the named fields in Duval County, Nassau & Clay County. May only be nominated in one county & one category. Beaver Motors employees & family are not eligible. Nominations and voting are open to the public. There is a maximum of (1) one vote per person per category. The top 3 nominees, based on  total number of votes, from each category, will be required to submit a two minute video on why they deserve to win. Required questions to be answered will be distributed to the final three contestants in each category. A board comprised of a single representative from each category will select final winners. Any photos or videos submitted may be used for marketing purposes. Nominations and voting will begin on September 1st, 2019 and end on November 30th, 2019. Winners will be announced at an event open to the public on December 7, 2019 at 11am. Beaver Chevrolet has the right to disqualify any votes or contest image. Tag, tax and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the winners. Actual cash value is $10,000.
